Install flooring in Flora Vista, NM

Black H2O Construction LLC installs flooring in Flora Vista and across the surrounding Four Corners area. We serve residential and commercial properties in Flora Vista, Farmington, Aztec, Bloomfield, Kirtland, and other nearby communities.

Luxury vinyl plank and tile tend to perform well in New Mexico's dry, high-desert climate because they resist the expansion and contraction that affects wood in low-humidity conditions. Hardwood and laminate can also work well when the subfloor is properly prepared and the material is acclimated to the home's indoor environment before installation.

Yes, we visit properties in Farmington and throughout San Juan County to assess the space before we quote the job. Seeing the subfloor condition and room layout in person helps us give you an accurate scope of work.

Flora Vista's climate brings low humidity most of the year with monsoon moisture spikes in summer, and those swings can push moisture up through concrete slabs or into wood subfloors. A subfloor that is not checked for moisture and leveled before installation can cause new flooring to cup, buckle, or shift, so we inspect and address those conditions before any material goes down.

We install luxury vinyl plank, hardwood, laminate, and carpet in homes and commercial spaces across the Flora Vista and Farmington area. The right choice depends on the room, the subfloor type, and how the space is used.
